about

Do you battle the shadow self or embrace her darkness?

lyrics

Strange creature, knocking on my door
Please don't come in
Oh, I might have a heart attack, please
don't let him in, I thought I was rid of him
I climbed up to the very top of the hill
Talking, on the astral plane, to my distant demon love
and when I got where I was going
I tried to kick him out of me
I said, OH OH OH get this thing off of me I don't want it anymore
Then spinning around in the sunlight,
I called the birds to eat his soul
And I ran down down down through the woods
And I tried to lock my little door
But my home and my mind have fallen into such disrepair
there ain't hinges on the door any more

Strange creature, knocking on my door
Strange creature, knocking on my door
Please don't come in
I might have a heart attack
please don't let him in
I thought I was rid of him.
